I already expected the front wheel and suspension to break and it did, kinda disappointing but this was fun
I’m assuming the pro racers have some better set ups on the front.
Also very important as you can’t steer with wheels that arnt touching.

I think it was unfair to race on ground like that. I know circumstances forced it but on proper track that little Piaggio would have gone gangbusters. Don't know if he'd win but my guess is that he would have been right up there. The other racers were impressed with the engine and puzzled with the way its oriented because they're used to that same design. I think Guy improved on the design but just didn't have the time to refine and beef it up like that front wheel needed to be bigger but he had what he had to work with. Top stuff even with the crash.

@@gustavmeyrink_2.0 The track is called Crossodromo Guido Catini and its a motocross track, not for Piaggio Apes. This is spelled out in the previous video if you missed it.

Also - how about tossing the front end too and shoehorning some sort of mini motocrosser front end??? ... maybe from a good off road scooter so it "looks ok"??? I've got one Guy - maybe extend the arms so you can put the old rim / tyre back in - and the italians might not notice (haha).
