Hey man! You can try looking for some free vocal packs on TH-cam. You can also look for unknown singers on Instagram, maybe you find one who's down to work with you. For the label, at the end it's just about having good music. But it takes a long time, and it makes sense to try to grow a fanbase on your own. If you can offer good music + an audience/fanbase it's even more attractive for a label to sign you.
Not saying that in a mean way but the sound is pretty bad during the whole vid, especially during the A&R interview, just letting you know so that you can improve that in the future ;)
