That's because Demonaz wrote most of these songs for the upcoming Immortal album. Problem was that Demonaz didn't want to publish album yet, while Abbath wanted to publish album as soon as possible. So guess what happened? Abbath took songs that were meant for Immortal album and used them on his own. Immortal members have sued Abbath and said that new Immortal album will take much longer now to produce because Abbath stole most of the songs that were meant for the new Immortal album.
