First one looked like a Formula 45
Another informative video. Those look like Grand Cayman ensigns on both those larger yachts. Wonderful island, great people....and lot's of banks..
The unknown yacht looks like a Formalu
Formula 45 Yacht.
The swim platform on the first boat, Formula 45 Yacht (pre 2015) uses a hydraulic lift, which is great if you have a dinghy mounted on it. The swim platform submerges into the water for easy launch and retrieval. The 45 Yacht can accommodate up to a 12' LOA dinghy with ease.

Nice explanation of the bridge whistles, My wife and I are looking forward to taking our Hatteras 43 DCFB around the Loop next year we'll pass there headed northbound on our return to Lake Champlain, we still need to find the proper dinghy (no jet skis or garage) just davits.

That first express looks to be a Cruisers Yachts. Their coupe style cockpit has a pretty distinguishable appearance, similar to Sea Ray.
It's a Formula 45 Yacht...completely different class in terms of fit and finish. Beautiful boat.
