Happy October to you all! I created this original piece about a year ago for Patreon, and I'm sharing it all with you so that you can use it as background music in your D&D campaigns, or put it on while you read a book by the window.
The art was illustrated by yours truly based on Slavic folklore (Edit: I mindlessly added a cross to the top, which makes zero sense for a Pagan dwelling, my apologies! I've fixed the thumbnail, but the best I can do is add a blur to the video. It looks odd now, but oh well).

Baba Yaga is btw neither good nor bad, at least in Russian folklore. She is the force of nature, personification of Mother Earth in a way, she can be cruel, but she can also be generous if treated with respect.

In addition, Baba Yaga guards the border between the world of people and the world of magical creatures and the undead. That is why she lives on the edge of the forest. The ancient Slavs had their underground world in the forest. And the forest was everywhere.

This immediately put me in mind of one of my favorite composters Jeremy Soule especially his Kuldahar theme from Icewind Dale (Great game highly recommend), I wouldn't of been surprized if you had said this was the soundtrack for REKA, the game about the witches hut.
