Love you dearly Melissa Urban , your book “ it starts with food “ turned me into a discipline person 😅 which I’ve never been able to be around food. I have done the Whole30 since 2015 numerous times and it’s value increased from the first time to my last time. The learnings in this book & the other series followed are life lasting. Thank you again- my life and my body shape are better than ever because of Whole30 ❤💙🤍
How would you answer the objection that the structured reintroduction period provides three days to assess each food group, but that in some places in the book it says symptoms can arise in, say, a week from eating a problematic food? One week in, and very much enjoying the energy level I have from this.
Love this! There are so many Whole30 myths and assumptions. I'll be saving this link to share with my Whole30 curious friends, family and any random person who asks! ❤❤
Melissa, The Whole 30 is amazing and reset my body after a Hashimoto’s diagnosis. I’m now completing the IIN health coach program and your principles are sound. I’ve reversed my autoimmune disease and experiment with reintroducing foods. I’m now about to start my fifth Whole 30 to reset my body. It works and I highly recommend it!
Thanks for the video Melissa. You are an exceptional communicator and this video is very focused and to the point. I'm on day 9 of The Whole30 primarily to see if it helps joint pains associated with SLE (Lupus arthritis) and general healthy aging. In the process I am becoming more intentional about what and why I am eating. I purchased The Whole30 audiobook through Audible. I'm a 60 y.o. male who works night shift as an RN supervisor at a Rehab and LTC healthcare facility. Third shift work has it's own set of effects on sleeping patterns and inflammatory processes ( I think). I also live with my wife and son (supportive of my 30 day experiment) that are not following a specific nutritional protocol, so the fridge is filled with sugary soft drinks, dairy, bread, and many UPFs (ultra-processed foods) in addition to my approved foods. So far I'm doing good at avoiding the comfort foods and drinks I would normally reach for and the vending area at work as well as the food pushers...(you've just got to try this). I have not been keeping a food diary, but will start today. I have the nagging feeling that I might be missing out on good info such as what and when I eat and how close to bed time or exercise sessions I am doing this. Yes I am interested in losing weight, but that's not my goal for this trial. If I was able to be fat and happy without other issues such as: pain, itching, digestive issues, energy, mental focus, etc. then I wouldn't be trying this. Thanks again, Tim Carpenter
This diet works well for me and my wife. I would say, one needs to be a good cook to make this diet successful. You may not lose a bunch of weight, but you will likely feel incredible when on this program.
I’m ready.. I don’t have to lose weight.. I just want to get my blood sugar down….it’s been between 80 - 120… I made a smoothie yesterday.. today it was 127. Went down to 120 after 45 minutes at the gym and an hour walk,, ugh. Too high.
Anyone else getting ready to give this a go?
I do it every January 😊
I’ve done it a few times. Great results and total worth it
Whole 30 has changed me relationship with food. I feel so much better

I’m so happy to hear the Whole30 has been so successful for you! Thanks so much for sharing. ❤
I am on Day 17. Hubby doing it with me and the changes we've seen already are pretty amazing. Thank you ❤

I do have to get weight down, but I see that as a perk with this. I'm doing this for my autoimmune disorder.
I’m thinking of doing this because of my chronic migraines and infertility

I hope it will support my body to kick over to gain weight...
Great info. Shared with my bestie.
Great intro to the Whole30 program 👍🏽
This is amazing! ❤❤
So glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you for this!!
-looking into it right now.
Is the new book's recipes for the eliminaron or the whole 30? I'm confused.
Whole30 was a life changer for me and I use it as a reset when needed.

Des sous titres dans d’autres langues ce serait vraiment agréable
