I really wanted to make a fun video about reconnecting with play for you, but then things got more vulnerable than I expected.
About me:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Master of Public Health who provides counseling and consulting for creatives and purpose-driven professionals. My specialty is burnout prevention and transformative change.
My work is inspired by many of the hard lessons I had to work through to find joy and fulfillment in spite of all of the chaos and suffering I experienced and witness in my 15+ year career.
I am also a poet, a dancer, and an astrology nerd.
I cuss, I joke, I can be profound, and I care deeply about nurturing the best parts of what makes us human, flaws and all.
