I wouldn’t mind having this be an official Splatoon show. We only know the characters for about ten minutes but we know everything that we need to about them.
I've always imagined them having pressurized ink sacs instead. With the way they survive super jumps being by lowering the pressure. I would imagine that it would be a worse than breaking a bone though if one of these ink sacs burst, since they would explode.
That's the smoothest splatoon animation i ever seen in my life. I'm sure it took you A LOT of time but the animation and the story are so great that it was worth it, good job mate

I absolutely LOVE this! It feels like exactly the sort of short, episodic animated series Nintendo would make for Splatoon, if they didn't do a series on the Hero modes. The animation is so bouncy and fluid, and unlike most Splatoon 3D animations the models and environments actually look like they do in the games, nothing is overly glossy or shiny, the ink looks right, the lighting feels very much like S2's, it's great all around. Gotta love a classic "trying to open an unknown lockbox while causing chaos and destruction around you" episode, too.
Well in splatoon 2, inklings were 15-16 while octolings were 14-16(I think.) in splatoon 3, they’re both 19-22 . I looked it up in a fan wiki page. Correct me if I’m wrong.
This animation goes so HARD, like, WOW. The movement of the characters and how smooth they are, the type of humor, the dynamics - everything screams TV show and man I just love it. Well done!!

This is actually so adorable and charming! I love the facial expressions in every scene-plus the small details. Such as when Emily used an inkstrike, a special from Splat1, it lands on the first Splat1 promo kids, John and Kaori. The ultra stamp clip was also enjoyable, the photo gag was very funny.

This is the best sfm animation ever. I never enjoyed sfm splatoon animations because of the art style clash with all the source stuff, along with the animations in question feeling very stiff. But you've made it very well done with only doing necessary details, along with the characters being super expressive in their fluid movements. Everyone needs to start taking notes from you.
