I would like alot to thank MM for making this masterpiece, littlebigplanet was one of the first games i played alongside rayman, but lbp was especial because i could meet alot of people and i could unleash the creative energy i had in my brain. I always came back from school trying to finish homework as fast as i could just to play lbp. I grew with sackboy and sackboy grew with me, i met funny/happy/cool/stylish,/fancy/awesome people and i had alot of fun with them. Littlebigplanet is and will always be the original and most creative game that ever existed. Dreams is superior in creation indeed BUT lbp is much superior because of its simplicity and how it brings joy to people from any age when creating. When i was 5 or 6 yr old i used to play with my grandma but she is in the heavens today sadly, but anyways, lbp is a game where everyone can have fun and be happy and it will always be the best game ever!!!! Thank you MM for creating such a magnificent game...WE LOVE YOU LBP!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I played the games out of order LOL. I played LBP2 first cuz of a friend, then got LBP1 and finished it's story mode, after that I got LBP Karting (not my kinda vibe TBH XD), and got LBP3 soonafter.
I poured thousands of hours into this game, created countless levels, thousands of people played my levels. It was the best part about my childhood, period. I wish I could relive those days. I'm hoping Hytale releases one day and fills the void in my heart that LittleBigPlanet left behind - creating worlds for other people to play, to hang out and vibe while building things together, insanely amazing community.
I remember when my brother & I were spectacle about LBP 1 but our dad insisted on getting it so we gave in. It was the most funnest game we have played. After beating LBP 1. A few weeks later LBP 2 came out we played through the story mode. It was also super fun! Then we found out about community creations & would play online with others everyday 😁. So many new levels & video creations were made that we never got bored. LBP really helped us through tuff times. I think it's been around 10 years since we first bought the game. Great memories 🥲
the nostalgia just having people joining my pod and playing whale encounter and more than leaving just to be added and play again another day. LBP will always have a place in my heart as a kid.

the saddest part of it all is the fact that lbp ps3 servers got shut down, so i cant even go onto lbp2 to have a nostalgia trip playing old levels. i remember in 2017 or 2016 my lbp2 got corrupted, and when i tell you i would play that game all day everyday and nothing else, i really did. anyways, my lbp2 got corrupted and everytime i'd try to play it i would get stuck on an infinite loading screen. i couldnt even reach my pod because the game would: 1. crash or 2. never load. i tried figuring out many ways to fix it but im pretty sure theres no solution. very devastating for 10 year old me. eventually though i moved onto lbp3 but that game is a cesspool of bugs. i like to revisit lbp3 time to time but it will never be the same as the other games. all in all, we just have to be grateful for all of those memories we made on lbp. i dont see a lbp4 coming out anytime soon but if that ever does happen, i know for sure ill play it, a new generation of kids will play it too and make golden memories. lbp was a very important part of my childhood and ill love it all so much with my heart no matter what

Holy flipping god, i'm so god darn happy I found this. I was 3 years old playing this game and I found great friends and times along the way. I didn't know how to friend people though, but I still remember the beginning of one person's name: IStopMinecraft. I can't remember the numbers, but i swear, playing with them was the funnest experience ever. He always said to meet up at 11am, so we played together quite often even without being friends. Then at 4yrs old my dad got the PS4 and LBP3 with it, but guess what: I PREFERED LBP2, AND PLAYED THAT EVEN MORE OFTEN. Then, I was 5 years old and gave LBP3, a second chance. I found it very fun. But... I forgot to play PS3 for so long... it stopped working. Then my controllers. I was so god darn sad for the longest time. 😢 Next thing you know, 5 years later and I still beg for the servers to come back. I love this game so much, and I absolutely love revisiting it. Love, and hate, really. You genuinely have no idea the hundreds and hundreds of hours I poured into this game with IRL, and online friends. The first and second LBP games soaked up almost all of my game time when I was a kid and god DAMN this song hits like a fucking semi-truck. It sucks to revisit this game cause it's just a ghost of it's former self. With LBP1's PS3 servers gone, LBP2 won't be too far behind. I seriously need to finish that Mega retrospective video on LBP I've wanted to make for years now. Such an amazing, incomparably unique experience that I'm genuinely so sad future generations won't really get to properly experience first-hand. God, this is making me tear-up. I love this game so much.

Playing this game on ps3 without signing into psn feels very... offline. After the shutdown of the servers, it feels so disconnected. Like everything is crossed off. You can’t decorate your moon/earth, you can’t publish any levels, you can’t buy dlc, and you can’t even use level links. It’s just the sad truth of what will happen to every online game. What’s even worse is that this game is meant for multiplayer and online things, like publishing levels. The fact is, it’s just sad to see this game and LBP1 go away. I loved LBP2.
I start playing LBP with my little sister, we finish everysingle main game, we learn and grown together with masterpiece of games I have more memories of our childhood with LBP2 and we have a lot of fun everytime we play it just the two of us or with some friends, all the Story mode and Online LBP will be a part of our childhood and that's mean we're part of LBP too, thank you for everyone involved in the game and for those who read this, I needed to say this

And at the same time it’s the same song that’s played when my friend have to go home. We lived hours a part and to come once is like a really big deal we met only once a year and the last time we play LBP together was more than 7 years ago now. Even if I brought it up now. We prolly won’t get the same feelings we had back then.
