I failed out of a STEM magnet school while DEEP into watching the original show. This song, man. Some things never quite get easier. That was half a lifetime ago, and this still reopens the wound.

The majority of clone high is lighthearted comedy, but every once in a while, it really strikes an emotional chord, and I feel the biggest contributor is the music. I laughed hard throughout the entirety of the season 1 finale, then that final minute hits and it legit gets me misty-eyed. Looking forward to seeing it continue after all these years.
This song really starts to hit different when you're about to graduate high school.

This song reminds me of my sister who passed away in 2015....we would listen to this together and little did I know I would still be listening to them in 2023 without her. Cherish every moment with those you love...sometimes you can't start over.
I just lost 2 very close friends today because of a falling out and I just hope one day we can start over but I’ve accepted that maybe we never will either way I appreciate everything they did for me when things were good

Still listening to this song and the whole album in 2023. I'll never forget how I felt when I heard this for the first time on Clone High and first listened to all the other songs on the album too. What a masterpiece all of this is, and I don't like throwing that word around often like other people do but Humanistic definitely deserves it. When I first heard this song it hit me hard. I watched clone high in summer 2020, and that year I graduated online during the pandemic. I kinda wish I had a proper ending to high school, or at least to start over to see it end in person instead of through a screen....

19 years of life
Lots of struggle and numbness and very few moments of happiness that lasted more than a moment.
I’m not sure this is what I wanted at all and I’m scared it lasts this way... cycles are repeating and have been for almost 2 years and I’ve been truly happy in 2 years.
I have been going back to this song for the past few years, every time i get to a point where i need to turn things out ill listen to this song. Im now at a point in my life where i am where i want to be just a few changes as does everyone, im still young at 20 but im happy and i hope many others can start over and get to where they want to be and be content and happy with the their world

This album was one of my favourite in high school. This song especially. It was a time that I treasure more than anything else. There are times that I feel I wasn’t ready for it to end. I didn’t want it to. I miss friends that I’ve drifted apart from. No cares. No responsibility.
