You've got the beginning of a nice light pasta sauce there! I tend to use hand-powered cooking devices, so I'm surprised I've never seen anything with a pull-cord design like this. It looks amazingly efficient and at a good price too! I only wonder if it's possible to sharpen or replace the blades.

You can if you do each vegetable individual. Like onions and then tomatoes etc. Comes really handy for making Bhel puri and salads etc.
