Most of the YT travel videos are made by Americans and Europeans, there are hardly any YT videos made by travelers from Islamic world. You need to travel to Delhi for nice food, Fati.
Also, see if you can find Rasoi Magic packets in Bengaluru. I live in the US and find Rasoi Magic (and Ching too) good for making Indian food without much stress. If an Indian man says so, you trust it is easy to prepare and reasonably tasty. Try Rasoi Magic's Paneer Bhurji to start with.

Iran food is quiet natural & is very good.indian food is very tasty but is cancirious.eat good ammount of fruits & salads.
You guys shud definitely teach Fatima Hindi. Hindi is like lingua Franca of India. But in some parts of southern India due to some politicians they hate Hindi. If u travel all across India from North to South and East to west u will come to know that Hindi is very useful and not just in India even all of Nepal understand Hindi also Pakistani and Bangladeshis, mauritius and some sri Lankan also. So it's like more than 1.5 billion people speaks or atleast understand Hindi. One more thing is there are many common words between Hindi and Farsi. So it will be easier for u to learn. Like in one of ur video I heard the word "Darrakt" in a sentence and I immediately knew u were taking about trees. Although we don't use that word in India but we know it's an urdu word. Another word is "sandook"(box),Hafta(week),Sabzi(vegetables),Agar(if) etc. There r many more. So no matter what ur kannada friends say focus more on learning Hindi. Nobody speaks kannada outside of Karnataka but Hindi is spoken even outside of India like south American countries like Suriname, Trinidad and tobago, guyana, fiji etc.

I only ate Pineapple Kabab in Barbeque Nation and it really tastes pathetic and I don't think 🤔 except for BQ nation no where else in India we found such kabab. It tastes bad because of it's name (Psychological reason) because we all have imagined Kabab as a Savoury dish and suddenly a sweet fruit in a kabab automatically feels disgusted. It's like having Chicken Biryani with Ice cream 🍦😅 I think BQ nation should change it's name from Pineapple Kabab to Pineapple Pakoda (Fitters). 😊
