Now I wonder about the feasibility of feasibility of making a scenario based "campaign" for OP Desert Storm. Imagine all the new aircraft: -A-111F Advark -EF-111 Raven -F-117F Nighthawk -F-16C "Viper" Fighting Falcon -A10 Thunderbolt II -F/A-18 Hornet -Panavia Tornado -Mirage 2000 -SEPECAT Jaguar ...and so much more!
I know that the USSR only has fictional ships/planes for balance reasons but I hope we get fictional planes and ships added to the allied navies as well. Especially the RN.
I know it isn't related to this video, but can anyone tell me how to tell depth on the scenario maker screen. I'm trying to setup a bunch of diesel subs in shallow water to ambush an amphibious group, but I need to know how much depth under the keel of my boats. I don't want to trial and error my placement. Help me Obie Wan Qunobi, or I'll rage quit
The Scenario maker doesnt have that information, afaik. The only way that I know is to jump into the scenario with a ship. It tells you depth under keel when the ship is selected in the bottom left corner.
The falcon 50 is a realy intersting jet, also it not france lol And it will be interesting if we get more typ of the jets like b or c version of the b52. Also why has the 15 c not the fox3
@anno-fw7xn super interesting jet in this form. The Dassaualt Falcon 50 is a French Built business jet. "Suzanna" was overhauled by France for the Iraqi's after it saw success as a covert recon aircraft. Thanks for watching.
TH-cam compression doesn't do the game any Favours especially at night or in poor weather. For a strategy game, the graphics and world scale are great. The unit animations particularly, are fantastic. I have a decent rig and can only play the game on Medium to High to keep frames reasonable. Others I've seen play it on better machines have a huge treat, eye candy wise. If you're comparing it to something like war thunder, then texture wise they aren't as detailed. The focus here is on scale, the game seamlessly handles zooming from macro to micro scale or across vast distances easily. my only complaint (a minor one considering Early Access) is the lack of Strategic level AI, which I have been told is being worked on as a priority. Hope that answers any queries you have.

The games cut off date is 1985 and iirc AMRAAM wasn't available until 1991.
