The city Carthage that I am planning to build has four Interstates: Interstate 33 and 47 are the primary routes that bisect the city while Interstates 247 and 647 are satellite routes; Interstate 247 is planned to be part of Interstate 62.
Yeah definitely true, I guess I was pretty inexperienced and just wanted to try the intersection marking tool + procedural objects so I can use them better for future projects
Your stack interchanges are impressive! They are certainly not those winky wonky intersections that come with the game. 7:55 Looks like you need a roundabout
Had a us build that had world highway routes (not hot wheels but based on a global highway network submitted by some dude named frank in 06), set in a semi fictional state of Lincoln. County and state routes included. Even had a lore. No surprise my laptop quit. Still worth it, mainly because i was trying out detailing and custom signage for the first time since the game came out.
I always the intersections in India as they are somewhat unique from each other and beautiful. But nowadays they are also changing like the Western style
Man...If I could survive on the funds generated solely from D.W.I.'s instead of polluting, nasty industries, I'd play everyday...or drive, depending on my mood !!!
Insanely cool to see a city built like that
2:20 Hey what kind of driving is that!??

Reminds me a lot of Dallas. Houston is still better but this build is super impressive
Speaking of Dallas… l’m actually making a city heavily inspired by it! The downtown freeway network is almost identical other than I-345 being sunken.

nice nod to the sims at the beginning (it said willow creek)
Completely forgot that it was a part of the Sims lol! Guess it was in my subconscious 😅
@@ParaxisOfficial it was in the sims 4 base game
That’s a nice 1st person ride, greatly detailed, but I think that using node controller 3 would greatly benefit the smoothness of your highways.

@@ParaxisOfficial how do you get the signs
@@abatall I used an asset to get the blank highway signs, then used the procedural objects mod to add text!
@@ParaxisOfficial all right, thanks

Thanks! And no roundabouts, this is an American city after all ;)
@@ParaxisOfficial The Midwest actually has been adding quite a few roundabouts

Hahaha! That Honda at 2:20!
He's (a)live!
indeed!
beautiful
Very very nice !
Is this based off of duluth
It's based off a combination of midwest cities, Duluth and Minneapolis were some of the more influential cities!
@@ParaxisOfficial ah I knew because of the Great Lakes and 35 part, I live in Minnesota actually
What freeways do you use?
I’m building a city based of Omaha, but set in Washington state.
You might see it on my other channel: Grandor
wow amazing
