@@samconstantinou2335 quite interesting that people think this about South Africa. We have everything people in the U.S have, even our own version of Amazon. We just don't have many pawn shops, they disappeared with video stores

I think I've watched every video for the past 2 years and I'm actually really starting to get into the whole idea of flipping. I got my first purchase and sale yesturday all in a matter of two hours! I mean it wasn't much 15$ profit but it's a start and DAYUM did it feel great. Thanks Caleb for being so encitfull and explaining how everything works. Your being so meticulous really does wonders for people just starting out. Oh yea THANKS EDITOR RIFF for teaching Caleb that voiceovers aren't as easy as u make it look lol. 1/2 priced books is always a hard place for me to go to for flips since their prices are usually right on online pricing, but you can usually find a few profitable units.
Currently on a dip binge of all the videos and get too hyped every time you upload! Keep doin what you do 🙌🏼

I have mixed feelings about whatnot. Great to buy on, however they discriminate too much on selling. They only really let you sell if you are social media popular it seems like. Had an application in for over a month and nothing.
Keep at it the sales I've attended any time I drop Phoenix or Retro Rick the auctioneers know both guys and their channels but seem to feel they won't stay on there forever and at that point Whatnot will need the smaller sellers to keep the machine going.
I have been slacking so bad the last couple years. LOL Awesome finds!

very much been enjoying Halfpriced Books nothing selling wise but getting good deals on things to add to my own collection on the cheap. Also I loved that what looked like complete Gundam Wing VHS collection, good times right there.
I recently started trying to collect my GameCube games as kid after watching your series. I found a Mario Kart Double dash bonus disc at a store in my town and the bonus was smash bros melee and he only wanted $50 for the two! He def knew prices as Pokémon was $100. What a steal!

He has a bunch. He used to reference them, but his viewers didn’t seem to care about them much. Check out his older playlists
that aim controller hurts my head lol melting another stock to the thing? crazy
electrical tape, and some paper towel rolls can make an excellent stock. the electrical tape will not leave behind a bunch of glue, it will hold for years and the paper towel rolls filled with newspaper then covered in electrical tape can be pretty solid. build the stock coming from the bottom. the paper towel roll when cut right down the center will fit nicely along the bottom of the controller.
have another half roll sticking up for the butt of the stock......easy.
i ended up lining my second one with cheap bamboo sticks i got from dollarama. the second one is still going strong 3 years later. it prevented the stock from bending.

Hi Caleb! This is why I like your channel over most other reseller channels. You respect the people you buy from, try to make it fair for everyone and are very transparent with your audience. I must confess that as a collector, I'm not that happy that all this recent reselling boom has raised prices for us, the final custumer who appreciate the games, but meh, I understand that it's a full time job that includes traveling, negotiating, packaging, posting, sending, etc. I respect your job 'cause we're all together in the hustle. But going back to the original topic, that's why I dont watch Hairy Tornado anymore; a lot of times he celebrates getting away when people don't know about what they're selling, and that doesn't sits well with me. That's why I like you. You keep it real, humble and human. Keep up the good work!
@@retrokool I hear what you're saying. Some of those viewers, though, genuinely just want a Switch and think it's a fun exchange because they get to meet the guy they've been following and also help him with his collection. Those trades aren't always about the monetary value.

In my country 2nd hand PS4 price only go for $115 to $200... As PS5 stocks become more available it pretty much overshadowed the PS4 2nd hand pricing

@@speedwaynutt I'm exactly the same way. Except there isn't alot of places around me that do retro games and ebay is usually over priced. So whatnot has been a great advantage to me. There are some small sellers moving good titles for cheap it's very refreshing way to shop retro.

Just a heads up, the PlayStation VR in the Iron Man bundle is a later revision with additional features. Be careful with your bundles. I think the biggest giveaway is that the newer revision has HDR pass-thru.

Lol! The hair is a real easy fix. Just go to a barber get a taper/fade and tell them to just blend the back and sides and leave the top be. Then just resume your regular haircut going forward. Hair problem solved.
