Money bill do not need any Approval from Rajya sabha.Rajya Sabha can suggest amendments and has to return it within 14 days.

Plz make corrections..
1. For passing of a money bill Rajya sabha approval is not necessary..
2.. Bill of SL becomes an act if Governor of the concern state signs it.. You wrote it government..
In addition to this there are a few mistakes.. Hope you will rectify.. Cheers
