Really appriciate your video Zane just what i needed to feel comfreable into jumping into 3D programming i am already good with standard 2D but this was great.
DON MUMMA Depending on what direction you want the taper (into the floor or out of the floor) You could use a lofted surface at +/-80deg or You could translate the half sphere in the middle up or down along just the Z axis and then create a surface from inner edge to outer edge. (needing a bit a trig to calculate the Z distance for 10deg) Hope that helps!
