Truth, i think you are underestimating how hard this SSBE hits. He MASSIVELY lowers defense while hitting for 1.76mil. Omega, the boss you fear so much, only regularily lowers defense while hitting for 1.4mil
I saw a comment saying this and I agree, he'd be great if that "when facing a cell" condition was changed to "when an androids/cell saga ally is on the turn" because yeah TEQ Vegeta exists.
They fumbled his EZA completely in my eyes. Even if his damage is decent, his defense is not enough and the stupid ass enemy restriction is so annoying.
I think this is a "a str blue Kaioken goku" situation. The damage is so good that his defensive abilities don't even matter that much. I mean, the meta has changed but his defense is acceptable for the damage he's doing
Yh I think people judge SSJ4 Goku as if his base form is all he has....Admittedly his Peak isn't TOP TOP level anymore but he still can jam and you cud also milk Uub for like 4 turns I think. These bosses don't start of with 2-3 million+ supers so you have a decent window to set Goku up

All they needed to do was to give him 50% Damage reduction before attacking and then make his 50% att and def buff last 5 turns after getting it and maybe give him a high chance to super and he would be no.1 eza and no one would would complain

A good unit but, overall, underwhelming. Does good damage but the two changes I’d make are changing his cell restriction to a Cell enemy OR an Android/Cell Saga ally on the team and have him build up damage reduction on super attack up to 60%.
With the way you can hide him, I feel like he's still pretty strong in the current meta just from the amount of damage he does. Now he's not incredible because even damage-wise he's not exceptionnal for the 9th Anniversary standard, but he's definitively a decent option in some events. I wish they made him a bit stronger for longer type of events though.
I think alot of people sort of expected too much from this guy. He's pretty Much a modern version or his day 1 version, insano style damage but not super strong defensively.

I literally did multi today and yet I pulled another king vegeta which is nice but really want the teq vegeta unit instead of another copy of agl vegeta
he should have had guard and 70% damage reduction in slot 1 at LEAST considering the devs want us to use him slot 1 but gave him fucking nothing to sit there, i also gave him a lv7 bronze def and a 900 defense gold equip so he starts off a little higher than truths on the first turn with the gohan support (mine without support) i have noticed he only gains around 2-3mil from being hit first so its not exactly a big amount

200k up to 300k after taking hit then up to 600k on super then what nearly 800k with 1 SA Effect and this isnt counting his build up… 500k after build up hits 750 after being hit, Hits 1.5 Mil on super then nearly 2 mil with 1 SA Effect, Super Vegeta doesnt have stacked Defense so Super from SSBE hit him at around 400k defense with the guard after 80% Debuff, A unit that gets all defense for turn on super is going to not look so great vs big debuffs like SSBEs…

Man I think conditions are not realy bad, but the way they handle it is, I mean, characters like this vegeta should have all his passive active ALL THE TIME, it would be a prety good solid unit, but then the conditions should be there to turn him into a god in that specific fight, like, he shouldnt be good ONLY when the conditions are met (specialy such hard conditions like face a android saga Cell), he should be good anytime and specialy good when facing a cell, then conditions would be prety dope, like bardock, he should be good by himself, and then with the conditions to run with 6 shitty low class warriors he should become A GOD. thats where I feel they fail with conditions, the characters shouldnt have conditions just to be functional, those conditions should give EXTRA buffs for them to be even stronger when they are met, then conditions would be a cool thing. For example, imagine the new DF vegeta is exactly like he is, prety good, strong and runable in any condition, but then he had a condition where he gets even stronger agains an extreme android/cell saga category enemy, this would be cool af, its insane how this str eza vegeta has a condition that makes him realy solid only against characters that doesnt even have a high difficult boss righ now, bardock is even worse, how would you run a team full of low class warriors when they are all trash? he should at least be the strongest unit in the game in exchange for this condition to be reasonable.

In before Worldwide gives us short fights again. Let say a boss turn 1 does 3 500k AOEs. Vegeta will take damage from one, then he'll be good.
