They take it off their taxes, throw away,donate np difference. DD'sthey get zero recognition . It's their time, . The stores even calculate the time it takes too dispose of the food. They send a lot too good pantries. Look at the videos on food pantry giveaways. 50# boxes, of bananas,cases of bacon roasts. Etc
Here in germany the companies have to pay ,taxes of everything even if the spend things to ppl.so the wasting it, cause they get payed, !!for there losses(get taxes back, or speciall fonds cause they take.f.e.expired bread back..its disgusting.and if you go here for diving in conrainers, you get arrested, yes, they put ppl in jail for it, and believe me, here sre ppl starving!they give there pets away , cause they cabt afford costs for med.or for food...is sooo bad.i would never give my dogs away, they are luttle so i can afford the food and doctor also.if not, i would eat nothing the first important, thry have..but it dos not look very human froendöy here in germany🤮

You folks waste so much space when curb-siding.You say your gull but if you stacked and ah as in sit items up virtually then you got a heck of a lot of space. Or how metal scrappers stack vertically so they can pick up large items. Same concept when stacking anything

Things like medicines etc have expiry dates as the active ingredients become less potent over time. I imagine things like disinfectant are the same. Brilliant haul, you will need a lot of those wipes when the new puppies arrive. 👍🤗 It’s horrible how much perfectly good food and other things are thrown out by those big shops. I love that you guys and other dumpster divers are rescuing and using or donating what you find Love to all from Scotland xx
I think the wipes do dry out after a while - depending on storage conditions too. But heck I just pour some dollar store isopropyl alcohol and purified water in a dry one and it's good to go! Stacie your hair is looking gorgeous and healthy again and your skin has that lovely glow back! You must be feeling better - I'm so glad to see it!
You know Adam your exactly right, because whenever your hungry you don't care what it is just as long as you have something to eat. As far as the sweets, donuts, candy, whenever you do have money/link enough to buy nutritious foods, you'll do anything for a cookie, snack cake, candy bar or even some chips. So dont ever think you're just donating junk, because that might be just what someone is craving. Bless you for finding and saving all that you do. I'll NEVER understand why stores dont donate foods, especially those meats, I'm sure there's a Soup Kitchen wherever you live. And donating soda whenever someone has just had water to drink for along while, a good ole soda (Pepsi) is a true treat!!!!

Hi Adam & Stacy, I just read from the Weather Channel about the expiration dates. They say the dates are for the stores for how much they sell between a week to a month. After the date has expired then they pitch the goods. Even though the food and can goods and everything else is okay. So those disincectant wipes are still usuable.
One thing about those wipes, even if they dry out all you gotta do is put a little water in them and there refreshed lol, done it so many times even baby wipes, glad you saved them all

Those blue plastic crates that were in the dumpster with the Pepsi’s are made to hold those bottles. If you grab those next time, you can actually fill them up with bottled drinks and then stack them on top of each other.

They say they loose potency but I took one of my gramas 12 year old Percocet when I broke my back an worked just like my prescribed Percocet...
