Hi Peter,
The lead-gen strategy with 3-7 videos /week is awesome I will definitely do that.
And what are your thoughts on the following?
Right now I have a 13K Sub Channel which is SUPER niche where I teach people how to use a digital program. Also I am selling ow ticket courses on that topic.
But I want to do more business content. Share everything that I know how to build a $70K/year online course business and offer a 1on1 coaching.
Now I am not sure if I should start a new channel and go all-in or mix the new business content with my main tutorial channel. But I know that 95% of my current audience wouldn't be interested and start with the usual "scam" comments lol.
What do you think?

Personally I wouldnt branch off into something else till your business has hit 7-figures and has a solid team around it. That way it frees up your time a bit to work on different projects
