That's very awful man I never expected this happen at such a brand. Really shows they are money hungry and that's all they care about is profit. Hope you get all your funds back eventually. At least you got lucky getting your Toyota back 👍
Terrible experience especially when you were getting into a brand for the first time. False information/misleading is beyond acceptable… Glad you ended up ok, not sure the same could be said for the next potential buyer.
Yes I wish I could warn the next buyer about that, but nearly impossible to do. Although it was a terrible experience, I’m still a fan of the brand, and if I ever decide to give it another try, no way it will be from this dealership!

Yes there are some nice back roads in that area, not too congested either, makes for a nice drive. That’s right, I’ll always double check everything now no matter which dealership it is, lesson learned.
