Bravo Omid, great job, looks delicious and creative, comprehensive instructions, now I can refer my friends who demand persian food to your channel to learn, so glad you are fluently bilingual at least , perhaps more and can teach our culture/food in this beautiful way.
I am going to try this recipe again. I tried it once but my pasta did not stick together. Would you please have any recommendations to make sure that the pasta stay together? I love the recipes I have watched so far and your cuisine is such a beautiful aspect of Persian culture.
Hi Chef, about 40 years ago I was invited to have dinner with an Iranian family in Lafayette Louisiana. They served something similar to this except it also had dried limes. It was delicious. I have never seen a recipe using dried limes, but do you know what I am talking about? Every now and then I dream about that dish.
I did learn a few things, so thank you for that. But i think Olive Oil is not the suitable kind of oil for Persian cooking in general. Other than that, thanks once again. 👍
i will make a version of this using macaroni swirls AND potato circles tayea-dig with kabob koobiedeh meatballs and macaroni filling... double extreme persian cuisine

Fantastic idea!
Hi, What was the 5 spices mixture please?
As an Iranian use Cinnamon and Turmeric and powdered black pepper
very nice. thanks for posting. just that i m a vegan, so i replaced the meat with impossible burger
everything super-fine here ... but that's too much meat in proportion to the pasta, even for the meat loving crowd! :-)
You are welcome to adjust the meat or remove it all together if you like.
