@TECHLOGICS is this the same thing as opening up the camera to reset it, but a different way and does this reset nor password or ip camera password. I need to reset the ip camera so should I open it up to reset it or do this?

Question, can you change the Admin password via the webpage ? I have remote access to several of our sites however when I try to change the password it seems to "timeout" Weird a couple of our sites let me do the admin password change remotely but several others just timeout. ( Can change and add users etc just not the admin for some reason )
I'm reset admin password succeed , can be login with local NVR, but cannot login on web browser with admin account, another user account is ok. do you know this issue ? how can fix it ?

I send them the xml file and send the encrypted key, but it always says failed on password reset and other 2039 code. Its like we did for about 15 times or so but still its keep on failing to reset. May camera has no physical reset button

You can also unscrew the camera and press the reset button which I think is more convenient
currently, it will not reset the user account

the problem on that is warraty will be void

i got this problem. bought camwera 6 years ago,do not remember who was seller,may be on ebay. now need to resert passwordm ujk support saing this camera is from italy and need to contact them, italy saying if i am in uk, they can not help. italy saing this security code reset in not free
You said for international customers you will put a way to contact them in description but there is nothing there?
This will only work if you input email address when you setup cam or nvr. If not then you attempt to use sadp to download file it fails. So.. always input email address during setup.

Make sure all IP Camera & PC/laptop in same LAN Network and try again (when sending mail don't switch off/reboot your IP camera until done the reset)

I bought a used Hikvision ptz camera, the problem is that it moves on a specific program, and I was never able to delete the old programming, so when entering the ptz settings, the menu button does not open, but if I cancel the camera, the menu is present, but it does not open if the camera is connected, how do I do a factory reset ?
