You will want to do one campaign & search for each category of "that' horizontal product! So it is all separated and you hit each niche properly

With this type of campaign strategy, do you run this alongside with your other manual campaigns or by itself?
I run it with other campaigns, just make sure each strategy you do is in its own separate campaign so you can optimize efficiently

Is it beneficial for lower rank seller?
Yes, definitely higher sales....higher reviews can make it harder for you to get sales, but they usually come hand and hand with higher reviews.
