Fabulous. After a few weeks of staying with this class I can finally comfortably rest my heels on the ground in a squat. Thanks Bre & Flo. You guys have changed my life far beyond just ankle mobility.

We get asked about this video every day, finally it's here! Improve ankle mobility today and get better at doing a full squat ✌️
As one of our viewers pointed out, Flo mixed up PAILS and RAILS here. PAILS tissue is the one being stretched, meaning the backside of the lower leg and heel. RAILS is the front side of the ankle, shin and top of foot. Therefore in order to do it correctly, you'd do PAILS first by pressing the foot down (pressing on the breaks, or gas), and RAILS is done afterwards which is releasing the gas/breaks. Sorry for the mixup and if this caused any confusion.

I'm on Day 6 of the "intermediate" calendar and the mobility practices have been so eye-opening -I didn't realize how much I truly needed these. So grateful!

Incredible! I broke my ankle December 2021. Physical therapy had me walking pretty well by June 2022. But then my ankle started tightening up again this winter. I've started hobbling and worrying about the damage I'm doing to my whole body with the way I'm walking.
After your third exercise, I felt a rush to my affected ankle and I walked without pain for the first time in months. I might cry. You are an angel!!!

Statred focusing a bit more on squatting below 90 degrees a few months ago, but recently my right ankle has been protesting to movement in general and it hurt when I sued to where closed shoes with any kind of structure or placing pressure on the back of the foot and up into the ankle and achilles area. This was my first time attempting this and the last exercise was quite challenging, but I really enjoyed this routine. Thank you so much, Flow😄

My ankle pain has rapidly appeared and worsened since starting work on my feet 2 years ago. Showering after work is painful to stand through it. Comfortable shoes don’t seem to help. I felt better immediately during this video yesterday even though I could barely do any of the positions. I didn’t make it through the video because was painful. My ankles felt much better this morning. Usually my ankles are sore in the morning but today felt easy to start walking right away. After work today I did this video again and made it slightly “further”. I’ll be making this a daily routine. The difference is incredible. Thank uou

Just today I left a comment on Bre's "Don't Skip Leg Day" video, grumbling about my inability to do the pistol squats. I felt this morning that the obstacle was in my ankles (although I do regular squats without trouble), but didn't know what to do about it. And just a few hours later you've uploaded this! I found it difficult and painful (not shooting pain, just tightness) but I know this is what I need. I'm hoping it'll help with the skandasana too.
By the way, next month is my birthday and my gift to myself is your 90 minute classes all month long :-)
Thanks Bre and Flo for your excellent, excellent training. Lots of love ❤️.

I'm the person who's unable to do downward facing dog without having my heels up or do Asian squat. And it's eye opening that not only my hip flexors are tight but my dorsiflexion are too. About this work out my hips are even tortured than my heels 😭

    Hello, Flow!
Thank you for sharing this practice with us. This is my first time doing it. I have not made mobility a regular part of my conscious activity, but you guys have shown me why it is important. I hope to get better at squats, mainly, but I also hope this will help make running, biking, and any other types of activity more comfortable and accessible. I hope to try BJJ in the future, and I'm sure more mobility would help with that. Thank you, again, for being what you are, how you are, and sharing it with us. Have a blessed day!

I love these specific training videos, I have super tight calves so body weight stretches like these are tough to put enough pressure to feel the release. I use the wall to stretch so maybe some extra consideration for other techniques for calf stretching.
Also, I love the 15 minute normal classes. If you can get the class as close to 15/30/45/60 minutes exactly that helps, I tend to choose classes by their length and sometimes the intro talk is inconsistent (30-200 seconds), so more consistent timing would be appreciated.
Love your work keep it up B&F!
