Thanks for sharing. I replaced the LEDs in 6 inflatables this week, using the same light strips. I was lazy, so I used the adhesive backing on the new LED strip to hold the led strip on the old LED, and then used two zip ties on either side of the nub to secure everything together. I also did the repair in place - I didn't remove / reinstall the old LED.
Just a note, to get hot glue off, spray rubbing alcohol on the glue and let it sit. Give is a minute or two an the glue will peel right off. Happy Holidays!! Thanks for the great video
I using the LEDs in the description along with some of the 22ga wire that it comes with and the lights won't turn on...but i hookup directly on the 18ga that connects to the original LEDs the new LEDS WORK...what could I've been doing wrong ?
Only difference I can think of is that the 18ga offers just slightly higher resistance than the 22ga. Perhaps the LED's are trying to protect themselves?
If the wires are swapped, the light should not come on. Since an LED is a diode they should only allow for current to flow in one direction; if done wrong no light, if right then light. The good thing is because a diode wont let current flow backwards, there is no danger. Just something that would need to be fixed. Hope that helps.
Thats a tough one. I did some searching for you and Im not seeing anything. I wonder if you could use an automotive vacuum line plug cap. They come in several sizes, that might work as a sub.

Glad I could help! Thank you for your support.
I put a set of clear 50 count miniature lights inside my inflatables they look nice. It's my 3rd yr.
How did u zip it back up fully once u put those in? With mine if the inflatable isn't zipped all the way it won't blow up
Hi Nicole, You use the internal wiring so nothing blocks the zipper. Hope that helps.
Thank you for sharing!! 🙏❤️
You are so welcome

Does it matter if you get the wires switched. I put the wire with the dashs together. Worked just fine before i got glued it together

Is there no way to replace these lights other than this?
@@midnightcaptain8344 not that I'm aware of.
@@Mikeityourself okay. Thanks for the video 👍
Does anyone know where to get the cap that holds the LED light on? I am missing one.
