I was able to diagnose my power windows problem. ( On a Nissan 2010 Maxima) Instead of buying unnecessary parts ,I was able to diagnose my issue with a R/R window. Happened to be the Master switch . A lot of trial and error but the the end result was soooo satisfying thanks to you. Wish I was in your area to tackle the bigger issues ....but until then I will stay watching . Thank you so much for taking the time to produce these videos.
Thanks mate! Very informative and thoroughly explained; saved me a lot of time today. All signs from watching your video and my similar issues pointed to the master switch being faulty. Fortunately I have 2 identical vans and was able to swap the master switch over to get the passenger window up before it rained. This confirmed it was faulty before I ordered a replacement.
Great tutorial, the two things that I would have like to seen is the inside of both the broken relay, (why it had a hole in it) and the master switch inside, with more than likely had both water damage and dirt inside. 👍
It was so helpful~! My front driver and passenger side windows works well, but rear not. I followed your step with 2006 odyssey. I found an issue while testing 2nd power supply wire (#15 pin). On the test, there was no light. 1st and 3rd power supplies and two grounds are good. For 2nd power supply wire, what should I check?
how can you source genuine parts so quickly. ? it has become the “norm” here in Canada that everything is in “back order” much like during covid. very little parts on stock.
Took me 3 hours to figure out there was nothing wrong with my passenger power window. 2002 Odyssey. Turns out I accidentally hit the off button on the driver side. Worst design I've ever seen. Why would I want to turn off the power to the passenger side. And there are no rear windows to open in the 99 -04. I was so mad I removed the driver's door control panel and unhooked the plug to the off on button and stuck a paperclip in the plug to keep it on permanently. And a piece of tape to hold it. I'm so angry at Honda for all this crap and a failed transmission. And the stupid fold down cup holder between the front seats why didn't they just make a council box to put stuff in. And put the stupid DVD player in it so the kids can use it from the back seat. And where are the 12 volt plugins? Hidden somewhere. ???? Both sliding doors have rusty old roller bearings and the doors do not respond automatically anymore. Now my front heater core is not putting out. The rear works fine. Tried backflushing the heater core by swapping the hoses on the firewall. It's worse now. Just want to blow this van up. I've never had a problem doing this method.
You are a very good teacher.

Because the window switch is having a small relay inside and if the relay stop working the window will go up and down the other side
@user-dz4jb5rg6k There is a little computer in the Master switch!
clear as mud
Open on pc board, master switch, I had the same problem water got to board,traces corroded on board
@stintus1 I forgot to open the old switch assembly, I should have opened it to look inside the board!!
Too all day mane lol gud video tho
@patrickduff347 Thanks
