If anyone of you need advise or information concerning the manual swap, I am happy to answer your questions to the best of my knowledge. I'm in the middle of a TR3650 swap to my Vic right now so I'm pretty informed on the whole ordeal. Just send me a PM with your questions and I'll get back to you.
I have never had any problem on any set i have made. I have seen in person the one that were made for the cobra vic at bondurant driving school and neither thoses had the reinforcement.
I have been ask to do a set of a 05+ vic with adjustable and I have to do it once before i'm sure I can do a jig so i can make more but I know it,s totaly possible
Hello guys i need help with my 1999 crown victoria i did amanual awap and my speedometer is read×2.5 more then normal i dont know what to do with it the transmission is from 2008 mustang
i love the thought of this swap a 4.6 with tr-3650 but i do need to ask will i need to do any thing with the ecm - ecu wise not looking to race it just be a nice 5 speed driver
So I bought a 1999 Mustang GT/ 5 Speed and it had an engine swap from a 2007 Crown Vic CHP and the clutch is going out, if I buy a mustang clutch from American Muscle would that still work??? Please let me know thanks other than that everything is original still
unless yuo want to drag a rebuilt tr-3650 will do the job as for the pedals I usualy make them in a batch and will let you guys know when it,s available
it would be really helpful if you accepted email addresses, that way we can get a notification of when you will be making the pedals. TH-cam subscriptions rarely work. Any guesstimate on price?
I'm interested in using a 2005+ 5 speed tr3260 with the remotes located shifter so I can use a Taurus sho center console. The issue is they use a hydraulic clutch. Do you make a hydraulic set up? Everyone recommends you and your builds are awesome. It's what inspired me
youreally and I mean really dont want to use a 05+ tr3650. it,s a totaly different animal and will require way more modification to make it fit and 0 gain. Many people used the 04- trans with adaptor on the shifter base to use it with marauder conmsole with great sucess.
have you not had any issues with the pedal assembly collapsing? i have been doing the 5spd swaps in panthers for a while and with a high performance clutch, i have had to reinforce the entire bracket to support the extra pedal pressure required.
In order to install the reinforcement plate flush with the top surface of the vic pedal assembly, you have to press the pedal in about two inches. The original vic pedal has a notch in the surface, allowing the brake pedal shaft to rise higher than the housing. Does permanently pressing the pedal those 2 inches engage the brakes at all?
Great, thanks for responding. This is a really informative and detailed video you"ve put together. I have one more question for ya. The neutral safety switch braket on the mustang housing has 4 spot welds fixing it to the housing. Is is possible to drill those out and mount the switch on the original side? Or is the vic housing to short to instal the switch in the original position? And...... where did you get the aftermarket brake light switch? Thanks again bud, keep up the good work and ingenuity!
I re use that bracket on the units I make. drill 1/4 with a sharp drill bit and you will be able to re use it. Mine sits on a flat spot on the right. see my other videos for that .
im gonna be doing a manual swap on my 05 crown vic. what do i do about all of the wires that plugged into the original transmission. and how will i get the speedometer to work?
hey I need your help please contact meI cannot contact you by your email it is not working I need to know how much you would charge for one of the units I need foot pedal assembly but if you do not have any I have my Mustang foot pedal and my crown vic one I will send it to you to make me one I just don't understand the video and I also have another question about how did you hook the steering wheel up if it was automatic with the shifter on the column how do you bypass that next question do I have to use the wire harness that is on the motor of my 96 crown vicor can I use the one on my 98 motor
What's the cheapest you can build one of these? I'm having a tough time and I don't have a ride, My 99 Merc was parked for two years and I recently started reviving it on a shoe string budget, Got it crunk and it puked up Peanut butter, Looks like the idiots before me had blown the head gaskets. And It puked out of the Throttle body...... So I'm swapping a Free Lt1 (Brother wrecked a 94 Cam So Free motor :P) with the 6Speed And I need a pedal set, I don't have much of a budget And I don't want anything fancy, I want the bare minimum that is required to run a Manual in an auto's body. Yeah I'm mutting the Grand marquis... But it's the only option I've got to go back and fourth to work. So Something has to happen, Otherwise No job and No way to fix it.
Not able to buy another car, Budget of about 200 dollars for whatever is done. No job and No ride And 200 dollars saved. I'll figure it out though. PullaPart may have a 4.6 that's worth something. Hopefully. Thanks for the options, Have a nice day.
are you sure you're not an engineer because if you are naturally this smart and intelligent with a talent you should work in the Auto industry as far as designing
I would like to purchase it. But if you could call me at (727)459-9708 to discuss the purchasing process. I also emailed you two emails not sure if you were able to receive them? If not no problem I would rather appreciate the call instead
hello my name is alberto such 'm from mexico I want to make my grand marquis starndar you could sell me a foot for my conversioncuanto would cost with shipping to Mexico City ?
Great how to video, I plan on doing a TR3650 swap on my 08 P71 this summer!
Looks great. I just picked up a 04 P71. If the transmission goes, I will be calling you.
what years does it work with? I'm looking into getting a 2008-2010, but I can't stand automatic
thanks for the comments.
if you have a aod trans you are stuck with a t-5 for your swap and it will have to be up greaded to last into a crown vic
Plain awesomeness! Thank you so much. Great tutorial. (Y)
Any plans for showing off your car? it's been a while since the last videos you posted
i have a Mercury Marauder plan on swapping it this month cant wait
you will LOVE it !

I'm thinking about putting a simmilar setup In a 1985 Lincoln town car. I gotta find out if a 94' stang clutch pedal will fit though
I have been ask to do a set of a 05+ vic with adjustable and I have to do it once before i'm sure I can do a jig so i can make more but I know it,s totaly possible

have you ever thought about selling these units?
i love the thought of this swap a 4.6 with tr-3650 but i do need to ask will i need to do any thing with the ecm - ecu wise not looking to race it just be a nice 5 speed driver
Can't u take the brake pedal from the crown vic and swap it to the mustang pedal assembly?

I dont acept email because of the spams but when some will be ready I will make a video to promote it

@Stan Lee no I do not
The brake switch that you use. Where did you buy the switch to modify it? What kind of switch is it?
nice vid. what ecu do you use to deal with the new trans? The mustang or reprogram the crownvic ecu.
the trans will fit but wont last long so that is why you have to upgrade the t-5
I got a question. I have a 09 p71 with the adjustable pedals. Will the 05+ mustang pedals with the adjustable pedal just swap over?
@mattcat234 thanks man
What exactly do you mean when you say I need to upgrade the T-5 to last? Whats the upgrade?
is it possible to just swap the assembly from the mustang?

thank you very much

sure I will make a batch ofpedals this fall
How much do you carge to make on complete?
@crownviclvr yes you did but this is v 2.0
sorry but I do not reply to email adress.
I will make a batch of pedals this fall and I will let you guys know when they will be ready
How much do these swaps typically run?

never ever done a box so I cant tell.
Great Video Pier!
did you do and manual clutch or a hydrlic?
you cant take a mustang assembly as is and put it into a crown vic they are not compatible in anyways
How much do you charge to do this?
Do you sell these along with cross members??

Will a 94-04 V6 Mustang pedal assembly work?
not as is but yes to mod it thats the years you need
that is quite a task you are asking me pal
does it have to specifically be a gt assembly? would the v6 5 speed pedal assembly be sufficient?
Hazel Boykin they are the same
I have a 2002 cvpi, I'd love to buy one of these assemblies if you're interested in selling one.
LT1derland good day
I'm curently out ofstock but will run another batch in september.
I know this is an old post, I always wanted to have a standard Grand Marquis. What would u charge to do a full swap on an 04 and up?
sorry I do not do that anymore .
im gonna be doing a manual swap on my 05 crown vic. what do i do about all of the wires that plugged into the original transmission. and how will i get the speedometer to work?

Kody Tuggle might have been a better option to stick with ford stuff in there or buy another car as they are dirty cheap. my units go for 325$
