@@Soul_Q3 they didnt transport it to the live servers. I saw that there is no passive buff mentioned in the patch notes and said "uh maybe they forgot to write it because it's a small thing right?" Then i went to the game to check and there was no change at all!! RIOTTTTTT

@@sharkyshark52 it's because it was bugged. If you tried to use your passive and then use a Q, your ability wouldn't do damage and you couldn't cast it again for a few seconds. If the bug happened with your Q2, not only it wouldn't do damage, but it would also go into cd, not letting you cast the Q3 (sorry for the bad english).
