Hey, should we price perks based on its typical value i.e. t shirt $20-25, or treat it more like a gift in return and charge a bit more for the shirt like $40-50 contribution gets you a t shirt as a thank you?

How long can you delay the decision to use something like Backerkit? eg if you get a lot more backers than you expected, can you start to use them later on in the campaign?
