You’re so right about that with the money in the pocket line. My fiancé was living in a basement apartment and only had a futon when I met him. He was working nights at Home Depot, hated it. To all who have served and protected our life liberty and freedom, thank you for your service, I was in the navy in the late 70s, Jimmy Carter was the goof in charge, I wasn't a good sailor, ended up getting a general discharge for the stupid crap I did, it is something I regret to this day, but thanks again to all those who keep us safe

I wish we could take away the ghosts and demons from those who have served. Living your life and, the slightest thing, a sound or a smell, and you’re back in country. When you know it’s not real but your body, brain and psyche say that it’s real, you push through and keep it in because the only ones who you can talk to also deal with it.

Tom wasn't necessarily trolling. The American military has a problem with "wokeness" in the upper ranks and also issues with transgender soldiers.
