Hello Sam. Hello from Russia. I respect those who earn by manual labor, and do not speculate on the stock exchange. You're a good guy, we're alike. I really like your work. I liked the way of cutting with a knife. I'll try to cut it this way. Thank you for continuing the work of your ancestors, it's worth respect. The sewing machine is just great. Your youtube channel is very interesting to me. Forgive me for my poor knowledge of American English.

Your English is just fine. My apologies for taking so long to reply back. Thank you for your compliments.

Hey!! You left a comment on "Ghost Town Living"'s video on the mines at Cerro Gordo saying how you lived / worked there. You should totally make a video on your experiences!

This guy is great... learned a lot from watching his videos...he's the reason I make leather holsters...I'm probably the reason the first "how it's made" has a million views...lol...😄

The term ounces came from the garment and textile industry referring to fabric weight and somehow migrated into the hide industry.

Hank, can you ask Sam if he’d be willing to do a video on how to make holsters with the tough exotic hides like stingray and crocodile hides. He’s a phenomenal craftsman and his videos are very educational. Thanks for another great video.

I got mines last month and I really love it. Very concealable and easy to draw with good locking leather holster, for the way it was made. I love his [professional work...

Absolutely enjoy your work and your videos! I’m currently learning leatherwork and really appreciate your tips. I’m curious if you plan on making a “tanker” style holster from WW2 in the future.

Awesome work as always mr. Andrews just a quick question I was always told suede lining would affect the metal on the gun do you use a different type of suede thank you for your time.

Tim I'm a leathersmith myself and ran across your comment. I don't do holsters unless requested but I'm a gun enthusiast so that's why I'm here. In case Mr Andrews doesn't reply, yes suede can be a problem for blued guns. SS and the black coating like on a glock its not much of an issue. Suede is a chrome tanned leather which is a salt solution...salt and metal you can guess why that's bad. The other option for lining is thinner veg tanned leather like he used on the outside. Adds to the cost but worth it

Love his work, but 1080? This looks like it was filmed with a potato and the sound is horrific.
