Huge disadvantage with this project is that it has no privacy, you can literally shake hands with the people residing in adjacent flat if you stand in master bed's balcony

Agreed, even I felt the same, everything is good except the privacy, however it's just the master bed room balcony

It feels like a box, society is new and location is good but feels like inside a match box. No privacy, towers are so close to each other that ventilation will also be a problem. I rejected Nirala cuz of these reasons.

True I went there and it felt so cramped I instantly changed my mind, finally went with sector 150

@@mr.malviya_ sector 150 is little pricey but you get the piece of mind of possession on time , I went with ATS pious hideaway because I liked it's layout with only 2 flats per floor and view of both sides, park view and the outside road view, sure the sector will take close to 2 years to develop but the wait will be worth it.
