Project is delayed, they failed to keep there promise of giving the phase 1 possession by dec23 as per there sales team and they failed again to give possession for march23 as mention in my agreement and they are not replying to my mail or call after taking almost all the money of my flat there.

OC is not received. But builder is offering possession. What is the drawback as owner.
Fit out possession is an alarming practice. Don't take possession without OC. They just want to give you possession without basic safety features.

@@dhingradimpleall the safety features are in place, its just that due to sports city issue none of the projects in 150 will receive an OC but will receive a deemed oc and only a fitout possession can be offered on a deemed oc. Same fitout possession was offered by tata and ace parkway and same will be offered for godrej nest.
