It helps to prevent gluten from developing in the flour so you get lovely flaky rather than tough chewy pastry! 😍

Just to make it easier leave strips long lattice them then take the round cutter and cut them all together it would save you a lot of time

They don't sell trickle or molasses here. What's the closest thing I can use ? Honey?
Hmmm, you could try a little date syrup? Or Golden Syrup. Or dark corn syrup?
Can v make cupcakes without eggs?....how to replace eggs??
You could try using an egg replacer product. I’m not sure how it would turn out though, you’ll have to give it a go and let us know x
