There are still model shops around Lee but they are less common these days. I am very fortunate to have many hobby shops full of slot cars, handy as you can save on postage. Nice livery car ❤
I am a big proponent of foam board as well, Lee - I probably use it more than anything else…easy to work with and easy to cut…as long as you have a sharp knife! 😁 Love your work! 👍
you can't beat foam bord Lee, just built a double berth garage for a Maserati and MercedesW125 and a 5 berth garage for anything else I have, thanks for the inspiration, fabulous work on the lighting and the corporate boxes has given me another idea, so more time spent in the shed lol
Fellow foam board addict here Lee lol. Many companies make great building kits now, but I still do prefer making my own unique buildings, and that saves me money for more slot cars lol. Keep up the great work, I really enjoy the videos!
Great work Lee! Love the old Camaros, just classic cars. Got one some time ago from scalextric, it came with treaded tyres, which is authentic for the era but didn't help with the handling, swapped to slicks and its a beauty, one of my favourites.

I like the bar, I wondered if it should have some windows on the back out to the track, so the punters can have a scampi in the basket and watch the cars come round the final bend? How are you feeling about autumn and winter in the shed, will you heat it to keep the condensation at bay?
