I am that one guy, who would like to learn, but god bless aphantasia for can't imagine objects, looks like my teachers had right back at elementary. :')
You can still do it :) you don't need to see in your head to have a concept in mind. When you read a book, the description of a character is all words. You can do that with your drawings, have a descriptive idea, not in image but in words or concepts however your mind works, and then try to replicate it. You'll still need to learn anatomy and stuff so you have a good grasp on how to draw. You don't necessarily remember those things with images in your mind. It can be things like "the eyes are roughly at the same line as the top of the ears". Just make notes of things, then apply them to your ideas. I know there's some artists out there with aphantasia, HulloAlice comes to mind.
