Ethan, watching your video reminds so much of my years in pharmacy school. Of course, medical school is much harder and loaded with challenging classes. Wishing you the best.
Tip for smoothies: cram the glass full of spinach then add a little liquid and blend. It’ll liquify so you’ll be able to continue with the rest of the ingredients and be able to pack in a ton of spinach that way.
Bad idea. Spinach contains very high amounts oxalic acid, and that stuff in the body is no bueno. You can actually damage your ability to absorb nutrients, and give yourself kidney stones on top of it. 2 cups of raw spinach per day is considered the maximum for safe consumption. Now, cooking destroys oxalic acid, making cooked spinach safe to eat in large amounts? But who _wants_ to eat cooked spinach??? 🤮
You are amazing ! Trust me young man you got it figured it out .. I admire you and you level of maturity.. I am absolutely sure you will make a great doctor .. and any girl would be so lucky to have you as a husband
It really is such a beautiful and simple lifestyle. Could not recommend highly enough. Hopefully in retirement? Or maybe rent a van for a weekend trip?
