Propaganda, by definition, is a product with a bias in order to persuade people to align with a certain belief or agenda. Christianity, whether true or not, is an agenda. And not everyone must follow an agenda, since we have religious freedom. So, by all definition of the word, a movie that tries to spread the content of the Bible is propaganda.
