I'm trying to use Photoshop 2020, and none of the above steps work for me. Starting with the fill color; I select RED and instead I get GRAY. CTRL-ALT-T puts a transform box around the shape to be rotated, but no rotation circle that I can drag anywhere - just the bounding box. I'm totally frustrated and ready to give up.
I have the newer version of photoshop and its really unclear to me whats going on between 2:30-3:20 . I'm not sure what you are clicking after selecting both the outer circle and the object you click _______? Then you some how select the entire image (the dashed lines on the outside), I get the colouring of the x symbol, but then when I go to do the ctrl+alt+t it doesn't work :( Can someone tell me. I've watched this video like 5+ times and tried to problem solve my issue, but no luck. Thanks in advance for anyone able to help.
dotted line comes when you click ctrl +A on keyboard. Select object then ctrl + A on keyboard and then click on center align. this what I did between 2:30-3:20. after selecting symbol, then do ctrl+alt+t and change your rotation angle. Hope this will help.
To make a circle out from the middle of the intersecting guide lines click where you want the middle of the circle to be and hold shift + alt [or option key for mac] and drag out. (I'm replying in case someone else needs to see it too)
your video worked for me....thank you so much for sharing
