She is amazing but she has definatley aged , she looks dam good for a women of 53/54 now but if you watched the short telivsed play she acted in called The Arms And the Man I think it was called, by bernard Shaw HBC was 17 at the time she has aged, but she has aged dam well. to be fair she has a good diet and probably can afford the best cosmetics so that helps. but of cours cosmetics Skin creams ect. have come a long way in the last 35 years

I remember 3 years ago I was working in soho and was sitting outside my shop on a sunny day. Helena and her mother walked passed. Her mother said hello to me and I noticed Helena was covering her face and didn’t want to be notice and I said hello she said hello back. Such a sweet beautiful lady 🥰

When I saw HBC in her youth, say, in those E.M. Forster productions, she portrayed the stereotypical English Bloomsbury quasi-peer, a sort of exquisite hothouse rose we no longer have nor can produce. Beholding HBC in, e.g., HE was like visiting a great museum in London and gazing upon a large classic painting that magically moved and made sounds. And so in lieu of longer having such times and people, we will live vicariously for these film paintings till the bitter end. Yes, I thank HBC for her corner of the paintings.
I LOVE what she said about appreciating things once you've lost them..the example of collagen is dead on perfect. When I was flush with collagen I wanted that sucked in cheeks look lol, I hated "chubby cheeks" - now I see a youthful face with a plump cheek and it's the loveliest thing. Youth is truly wasted on the young!
