Like when you play the cuing song early as it's in its intro and it happens to be in line with the playing songs simmer down spot, like where there's no excess beats and so the other song doesn't sound so random and out of place when it comes in
Nathan Myers you just have to do your counting correctly, man. pretty much all riddim has the same length drops, intros, breaks, etc. Knowing your music well really helps too, but it's more important to know where the two songs are in relation to each other by starting on top of your counting.
