They are all lovely, but my favorite hands down is the 1978 A Frame Dream House. I spent many hours playing with it and my little sister in that house.

I want a vintage Barbie Dreamhouse so bad! I would love to have any of them but I think the one I like the most is the original Barbie dream house and Barbie goes to college are the coolest. And I like that the homes can be folded up so they don't take up too much room. Maybe I'll get one someday. It was so much fun watching your video, educational and quite funny.
The 1979 A frame is the best! I had one as a kid and have one now - along with the Dream Cottage. I love them.

Came home from work early with a huge headache, and was so excited to see you posted another video! I loved this. Seeing all the dreamhouses I wanted as a kid, but we couldn't afford. We'd make our "houses" out of boxes and random stuff though, and it was really fun! I loved the "New Barbie House" the most, but that yellow A-frame--wow, that was special. You could've made the video twice as long and I would have been riveted! Hey, who is on the album on Barbie's record player? Love you guys!

My sister had the 1980's three level town house. It was massive and had an elevator that was pulled with a string. I thought it was so cool! I used it for all my action figures even though the scale was way off. Lol!
This video was an absolute blast! I watched with my Barbie fan twin sister, and we were howling at some of your commentary. It was so much fun to see the closeups of the Barbie houses with your priceless comments, and as always, to see the dolls themselves (I had a titian Midge and a brunette Ken, and my sister had a blonde ponytailed Barbie) in outfits we owned waaaay back then. We never had a Barbie house, but a friend of ours got the first one for Xmas , and I was really unimpressed with it at the time. I mean... printed CARDBOARD?! How cheap can you get?! It looks a lot cooler to me now, though. Thanks again for a great video and the entertaining walk down memory lane.

This is my true weakness, dollhouses more specifically actually are the castles❤️I actually had to get a storage locker because they we’re taking over my house and I just I couldn’t stop buying them or throw them in the back of my truck when somebody was throwing out perfectly doll houses I actually found two out of the three parts of the pink 1984 A-frame house, and there was nothing wrong with it, except and I had just spent $100 on a mint condition yellow version house like a few days before !!!!. I love this video you guys are the best. ❤️

I've always wanted the 1963 "new" Dream House. I've actually thought about making a version of it in a more realistic style, with real fabrics and textures and the like, but that would be a huge project, and I don't really have the display space for such a creation.
My favorite of all of the houses is the 1979 yellow-and-orange A-frame house, it's the centerpiece of one of my doll rooms. Mine doesn't have the original plants, but I found foliage and flowers at a craft store that finished it off nicely, and of course I spray-painted all the dingy white pieces a nice bright white, so it really does look immaculate. Like you, I also added lights, otherwise the first floor just looks like a cave.
Your new Dreamhouse project sounds awesome!! I was lucky that someone on instagram sent me the original flowers for the a frame. Damn I love that house ❤️❤️

Another great episode. I had the original Dream House but lost it in a move. I now own the reproduction but it is in the shipping carton. The Second Dream home would be a treat to find, but they are elusive in good condition. I bought the 1979 for my nieces with the furniture but their parents thought it was too cumbersome and they gave it away. I always enjoy your take on the history of Barbie.

Hi. I do not love real estate, but, I do love building my own Barbie houses from card board and MDF. I enjoyed your video of Barbie's oldest and rarest dreamhouses. I think the 1979 A-frame house was the BEST BARBIE HOUSE. I like that it has roof lines and an actual floor. The houses that are sold by Mattel for Barbie do not have floors anymore. They make them so they can fold up easily. I prefer the floor. I like the Barbie houses I make because they are 1) OOAK 2) Easily put together and taken apart 3) Because they are made from cardboard boxes my designs are unique 4) They all have a roof line and a floor and 5) Each house I have built is themed differently. I have a lot of Mattel made furniture. So, yeah- I have a Mattel A-frame full of mid century modern furniture. I loved "A Discovery of Witches" and I built the Sept Tours castle from the cardboard boxes. It turned out beautifully and I had to make the majority of the furniture 16th century look. The furniture turned out beautifully. It takes up the majority of my doll room, but I love it! I am currently working on a Barbie house and the interior will be "steampunked". By the way "thanks" for cooking that wonderful meal for us, but I am not hungry. The Austin-Healy is too cute. I took one of the cheap Barbie cars they had at Target and made me a red Tesslar. It turned out cute.

The 1979 A frame dream house is my childhood doll house and I man I loved it. I’ve re bought it at least 3 times since my childhood yet sadly always sell it due to lack of room. I’m yet again currently searching for it lol 😅 it never ends!

They're all amazing. Tempting. When I was a kid, I had my sister's 1962 Fashion Shop & my BEST Christmas gift ever- The 1974 Barbie Townhouse. The pullstring elevator is immortal and that Townhouse rules in my heart ;) I wish SO MUCH that I'd kept the Fashion Shop. It was pretty fantastic.

It’s just been my dream since I was but a wee little club kid that I wanted to hang out with Eddie Sedgwick and Andy Warhol at Maxes, Kansas City and drive around in my 65 black Lincoln continental and have a barn full of horses because it was way more affordable back than that it is now❤

Hi guys I have a question for you both . How do I clean and wash the stocking for the Holiday Barbie and Stacy and Kelly sisters 3 pack i know how to wash the dolls from BeautyInsideABox videos and the normal outfits i wash in the washing machine in a pillow case but these outfits are mafe of red velvet dresses and have white fluff material around the hoodies help .I love your videos ya 2 brothers are so cool i have been collecting and playing with my Barbies since I was a little girl and in the 80's , and 90's, 00's , and now
Ah man, I wish I had a good answer for that but I don’t want to steer you the wrong way! Usually if something is really delicate I just gently hand wash with a touch of oxyclean and warm water in a bowl. ❤️❤️

To get the 1st 2 complete ,i had to buy 4 of the first house and 2 of the second .
I have 2 of the a-frame with Newly manufactured collum sliders so i will be selling 1 of those .
I recently doubled the size of my real house and the loans i had to take out to pay to do that are paid off as of this month .
so i will soon be able to display the dolls i'm keeping .
