Seth is just jealous of Cody. Seth literally won everything in the last 8 years, and he's upset about Cody main eventing Mania. Look at the bad storylines Mox and Cody had in the past. Unlike Seth who was given a good run with every championship on the card.

I don't watch WWE, so I miss Cody. I don't know the full list of reasons that they left, but I know they did what was best for them. I wish his family the best. But he's very professional and really, really funny, so I'd love to see him outside of wrestling someday. I watched All In because of him, AEW because of him, and stopped watching AEW (outside of clips and a rare match) after he left. He's one of my favorite wrestlers. Maybe I'll see him in another promotion someday.
Also, his energy is weird in this interview. Hope he's okay.
