I am glad to see that the new K-Flex flight shape matches the Condor Axe Small Standard. I prefer the Small Standard shape from Condor the most. I am a HUGE fan of Condor Axe and I also quite like the the Condor zero stress. I also like the color options and the 3 different shape flights. I agree that the Target K-Flex are totally worth it due to price and quality. I loaded up on Condor Axe over the past few months so for now I don’t even need any flight systems. Worldwide; great review. I purchased a set of the black short Target K-Flex flights when I ordered my new Shot Michael Smith Defiant (23grams) darts. I put them on the Defiant darts and I changed out the points with a set of the Mission sniper points (32mm) and with that combination they throw very consistent for me. After about a couple hours of practice, the flights show zero signs of wear or nicks. At that price point I think I'll be ordering a couple more sets; hopefully they'll release more colors/patterns and styles (pear shape) soon. Thanks and keep the reviews rolling.
Cheers Mike. Sounds like a great setup you have there. Target does offer a blue version but they only come with the new 975 Ultra Marine darts. I do think that's an indication of more colors available in the future. I need some red ones 😁

I have been using K-Flex for a week now and I can’t tell a difference between these and the Condors which I love. Always use specialty points on all my darts so best possible results. Price point is big consideration for K-Flex. Like you said come in blue on their expensive new darts so shows probably more colors coming if they don’t get sued by Condor. One thing you didn’t mention the channel ( for a lack of a better name) goes all the way down the shaft where the Condor goes not as far down. That may be why the K-Flex weighs a little less. I may order a few more just to be safe of a lawsuit. Glad to see your review, I was wondering how long it would take. Also the K-Flex a little thicker on top and bottom for reinforcement.
I purchased a set of K Flexes from dartsshopper, and I’m still waiting on them; this video made me even more impatient to get ahold of them haha I would imagine Target will come out with a vast array of shapes, sizes and colours if they prove to be popular, which I kind of feel they will since they are so similar to the beloved Condor Axes at a third the price. I don't know why's everyone saying that they are 3x cheaper, when actually they have the exact same price point as the Condor Zero stress system at 7.95€
I love the new k-flex system, but I really hope they will come out with standard flight shape. One thing you didn't mention is that the K-flex is slightly reinforced at the top and bottom of the flights.
it was 10 bucks Canadian to the door but i mean compared to $28 for condors from darts corner I'll take it. I didn't even think of double top to be honest they are def a bit cheaper there. @@WorldwideDarts
I received both yesterday. Love the neon yellow on the axe, but within 30 throws, a chip and many scratches. Now, the kflex in green, many more rounds, some scratches expexted that. But I love them. I have Target swiss storm tips. Love the neon, but that is about it. Love your channel. MAHALO
Don't mind you rambling on WWD like the Axe but the K flex are better they have the extra tough bits on the top and bottom also and your right they don't flex when using them but still love my L style Great video.
I didn't even realise I've been throwing with the larger standard size flight until I bought my K Flex's and I wish the Target's were in the larger flight size

I just bought the new gen2 darts from Dimitri tungsten 90% (which you have already tested) but in combination with the medium 33 mm K Flex... a really nice and balanced dart. Plus K Flex enforces a thicker protector on the flight that make these to be more protected. Also cheaper, so a no brainer for me. Maybe I'll try the average and the short. I don't know if that will improve my game. Kflex is fantastically durable and strong. I you have a short and average which you dont use , I am happy with them. thanks Koen

I've been throwing 6 darts at xxx20 for over a year with my Condor Axe and every flight is still perfect. I am struggling to find another alternative that enables the dart to fly as well. You do get some serious deflections but I don't throw hard either. Have tried the K'flex, didnt notice any difference. Feel and throw the same to me. The new Condor 3 prong all in one flights though, that could be a game changer!
K flex for the win I have the clear and the white in short The Price is Right can't tell the difference Condor has been ripping us off long enough I seen in a couple of forums were they only cost about $0.22 to make so home run Target 👍👍

Missed opportunity for a molded flight tournament! 😂 I've used the K-Flex for a bit over a week now, they're fine in my opinion. Nothing to say "holy s#!t these are the best" but also nothing to say "wow, these are dogs#!t." If they can keep the lower price & start to offer a bigger variety, I might make the jump over to using them more often. Although, I have also been waiting on more variety of swiss storm point, so not holding my breath on Target. I have had a couple odd deflections out of those deep channels on the K-Flex, but nothing too out of the ordinary. And yes, you can absolutely stick one into that little circle on the top of K-Flex, so these aren't "robin hood busters." But yeah, over all? I'm not opposed to the K-Flex one bit, and think they are a good option for people wanting to try this type of system at a fraction of the cost of a set of Condor Axe, but also... if you are just looking for try out this type of system, get the CyeeLife gen 2s & get 2 packs for the price.

I now have had a chance to throw both. I was hoping that the slightly less weight of the Kflex would add to their performance. They perform exactly the same as the Condors. I played both in the "shape" style. I prefer the standard shape which Kflex does not offer. I would go with Kflex if I could get them in standard.
I'm not sure what the percentage is on the players who use no.2 vs no.6 standard, going by what I see in dartsclubs and dartspubs, I'd think that the no.2 shape is the more prevalent. I use no.2 myself, so currently there's just nothing in the K flex range for me at all. Wish they made a no.2 shape...

I have snakebite supa venom darts with that lip and use cue soul spinning flight ls that are as ridged. Never had major issues with deflection or bounceouts
Axe is faster than K-flex and for me is flying better. Axe short stem is longer than K-flex stem. Axe has wings of the same thickness, and the K-flex is shaded and reinforced on the connection with stem and on the top (small point). For me K-flex falls faster in flights than Condor Axe, because K-flex system is more flexible. This feeling may be unnoticeable for someone who's never used Condor Axe. With a good concentration of darts, majority of Axe's break through the group (then push them away), while the lighter K-flex bounce off or change target more often. I felt it while testing shorts stems regular shape no.2 (not 6).
We'll see if the k-flex stay on the market, rumour is that condor has sued target for stealing their design. I'll still try the k-flex once they come in no2 standard size.
I'm certainly no lawyer but shouldn't every fight manufacturer be able to sue everyone else for the same shape & material for all the different flights out there?
Just by looks it appears that the k flex small standard is a bit bigger than the condors yes they are thicker too but size matters for me I've noticed with the larger flights they block and deflect more triples so I stick with pear, slim flights to keep my bunches tight ....

I agree though, looking at the video it appears the Target's are slightly wider. I might have been holding that set closer to the camera making them look bigger? Not sure, but I was surprised after measuring them. The Target's are ever so slightly wider at the bottom of the flight though. 31.5mm vs 31.3mm. Fractions of a mm. That's a rough measurement too. It's hard getting the calipers perfect but it's still pretty close@@eddiemurphy5833
I am absolutely in love with the shape form "small" from condor, for me it's the perfect size between the standard flight form and the slim flight form. It gives me more space to group but they feel as steady as the standards. the slim ones are very hard to throw (in my opinion). So in the end of the day I am "forced" to stick with condor, since no other brand has this small flight form EXCEPT cosmo darts. They have one flight form called "shape" which is identical as the "small" flight form from condor, but it isn't a 2 in 1 steam/flight system like condor or k flex, so yeah.. :D I am playing darts just 1 year but it every time amazes me how many different flights,stems, colors, sizes etc etc. there are out at the market. It's soo fucking huge :D
It's strange, you would think that they wouldn't group well but it's just the opposite. The group as well as any other flights on the market. I really don't understand how but it was enough to make me start using them.
@@WorldwideDarts I use the Condor zero stress but I find them to be too soft. On one of them the stem bit is deformed ever so slightly. It won’t go back in it’s usual form.
The Target K Flex cost under $8 (converted) in my country and the Condors cost about $15. The K Flex is still way cheaper than the Condors but just as good. I hope Target releases red colored K Flex flights in the future 🙂

The K-flex is actually shorter than the Axes. I use the short versions for both and found that the K-flex shaft length is comparable to the short shafts of L-style. Whereas the length of the Axes are much more similar to conventional nylon stems. Also, the stem of the K-flex is thicker compared to the Axes. The Axes feel more like a slim stem.
I just double checked. The intermediate K-Flex are a total of 68mm long. The Condor medium is 67.95mm long. That's as close to identical as it gets. I don't happen to have any Condor shorts to compare.
@@WorldwideDarts I see. I don't have mediums to compare too lol. For the short versions, my point of comparison was only the length of the stem section from the end of the barrel to where the flight starts just like how L-style measures their shafts.
I very much hope that Condor will lower the price, but it could also be that Target only wants to attract new customers with the low price and will later increase the price. I've already compared both systems and I don't see any difference, at least in terms of gameplay or how they perform on the board. No wonder Condor Target accuses plagiarism.
Condors have always been expensive but not too long ago we could get them for about $11-$13 at Darts Corner. Then after they redesigned their website they screwed over American customers and the prices went insane pushing $20usd. Here at the dart shops in the states they run $20+. Thankfully I was able to find the Condor's at Amazon Japan for $9 but they were only in sizes that I don't use. If the lawsuit works out in Condor's favor then the K-Flex won't be around too long anyways 😂

I too do not want to take a chance that $7.99 is an intro price that will soon be raised so I ordered K Flex after watching your video. The price of Condor Axe was always too high for me. I had tried Condor Zero Stress but those occasional, exaggerated deflections turned me off. Great that Target has come out with this alternative to Axe.
I 100% agree with the PSA. Rigid flights are dangerous if your set up doesn’t have specialty points to eliminate the lip where the point meets the barrel. I have never trier K-Flex. I run Condor Axe, so I want to try them at some point.
That's a tough one for me to answer because I use darts with a very mild grip and I always use specialty points. So a set of flights can literally last me a year with almost no damage. Prior to me using specialty points I would absolutely batter a set of regular folding flights within 2-4 days. Nowadays I switch flights just to switch up the color.
I shoot Condor AXE and have since they came out. I disagree that Condor has "hundreds" of colors. For colors its white black & clear, 4 neon & 4 metallic. Yes they have a bunch of player designs but if you want a plain yellow or blue or red you are out of luck. I cant wait to see your review of the Winmau Fusion. They are coming out with a blue.

Condors get destroyed after one day with Michael smith world champion edition 23g. K-FLEX holds even after day one from release..no. changes at all. so clearly winner for me is also K-flex, and not mentioning price.
I have the same Michael Smith darts from day one put on specialty points and same Condor flights for several weeks now. The flights don’t have a nick on them. Maybe I don’t group well enough.
The person was using the sharpest points known to mankind. After looking at that picture I tried jamming my own points in that groove and there's just no way I'd ever get a robinhood. I'd have a better chance of getting hit by a meteorite in my dart room than trying to robinhood some K-Flex flights
I love the neon colors of the Axe ... but prefer the price and lighter weight of the KFlex. Don't they also have reinforced edges to aid durability? Too bad the colors are so boring.
Cost vs colors. This is gonna come down to how badly you want pretty flights in my opinion. If target comes out with more options condor stands no chance .

Condor now has some competition with Target and Winmau and those two brands have MUCH lower prices compared to Condor. They have no choice but to come down in price. I do have a KOTO review coming soon and the Nodor board review I did last week came from Dartshopper. Same problem with Dartshopper as with Darts 💩 Corner... their prices have gone through the roof. So now I only deal with Double Top Darts or go straight to Japanese shops for other products. Amazon Japan has some crazy deals.
Was very happy to buy these at U$7.99 when they first came out on Dartshopper in Fall 2023. Now in March 2024 I see they are U$11.99 on Dartshopper. No longer a big advantage over the competition.
Dartshopper and Darts 💩 Corner are both terrible shops for deals... for the most part. The good deals have long since gone. My go-to shop is Double Top Darts and they seem to have the best prices going. The discount code helps too... fb2024

Yeah, I was kind of surprised to see them priced reasonably. I think it's just a "new release" price as a punch in the face to Condor. Just a guess though. I would expect the prices to increase in the near future but who knows. We'll all just have to sit back and see what happens with the possible lawsuit. For a one piece moulded flight of this quality I think the $6.18 they cost me at Double Top Darts is decent.

Curious as to why you think that because all things are pretty much equal here. I see no logical reason why you'd get less deflections. Do you work for Condor by chance? 😁
@@WorldwideDarts It's the flight shape. Same when i use Condor smaller flight size than the standard. When the standard size flights for k-flex is available i will give them another try but with the bigger condor flights there are way less deflections. With the smaller condors flight shape it is the same, way more deflections than standard size. By the way: my brother and I totally love your videos, keep going with the amazing stuff :)
Honestly, id love to try these out but i hate that most of these types of integrated systems have really bland or crap colors that dont really look that nice considering how expensive they are =(. I can get 2 packs of robson flights for less than 1 pack of Condors Which right now im really loving the robson flights since they cover the end of the shafts so you dont break the fins from where it holds the flight. I also run the Mission Sniper CS 32mm points with Target Pro grip spin shafts and while they are startting to get a little dinged up, they have lasted a good 12 months now and still look in amazing condition. Running the following for comp. Mission Archon 26g 97.5% Mission Sniper CS 32mm points. Target Pro grip spin shafts 41mm (int) Robson Plus Standard Purple
Yeah, it's going to vary depending on where you buy them and what country you're in. Here in the USA at A-Z Darts the Target flights are $10 and the Condor's are $20. However it's nice to have the option of buying them at Double Top darts for $6.
Looks like they're also getting sued or going to be sued but just because they copied someone doesn't automatically make them cheaper. It just goes to show how much Condor is price gouging us.

And yes, you can absolutely stick one into that little circle on the top of K-Flex, so these aren't "robin hood busters." But yeah, over all? I'm not opposed to the K-Flex one bit, and think they are a good option for people wanting to try this type of system at a fraction of the cost of a set of Condor Axe, but also... if you are just looking for try out this type of system, get the CyeeLife gen 2s & get 2 packs for the price.

I now have had a chance to throw both. I was hoping that the slightly less weight of the Kflex would add to their performance. They perform exactly the same as the Condors. I played both in the "shape" style. I prefer the standard shape which Kflex does not offer. I would go with Kflex if I could get them in standard.

I'm not sure what the percentage is on the players who use no.2 vs no.6 standard, going by what I see in dartsclubs and dartspubs, I'd think that the no.2 shape is the more prevalent. I use no.2 myself, so currently there's just nothing in the K flex range for me at all. Wish they made a no.2 shape...

I have snakebite supa venom darts with that lip and use cue soul spinning flight ls that are as ridged. Never had major issues with deflection or bounceouts
Same for me using Condors. They are so rigid you don’t actually need specialty points or tridents.

For me K-flex falls faster in flights than Condor Axe, because K-flex system is more flexible. This feeling may be unnoticeable for someone who's never used Condor Axe.
With a good concentration of darts, majority of Axe's break through the group (then push them away), while the lighter K-flex bounce off or change target more often. I felt it while testing shorts stems regular shape no.2 (not 6).

We'll see if the k-flex stay on the market, rumour is that condor has sued target for stealing their design. I'll still try the k-flex once they come in no2 standard size.

Yeah, I'm not sure what kind of a case they will have. The flights are similar but not identical.

Just by looks it appears that the k flex small standard is a bit bigger than the condors yes they are thicker too but size matters for me I've noticed with the larger flights they block and deflect more triples so I stick with pear, slim flights to keep my bunches tight ....
I broke out my good digital calipers to check. Both are exactly 33mm wide.

I agree though, looking at the video it appears the Target's are slightly wider. I might have been holding that set closer to the camera making them look bigger? Not sure, but I was surprised after measuring them. The Target's are ever so slightly wider at the bottom of the flight though. 31.5mm vs 31.3mm. Fractions of a mm. That's a rough measurement too. I am absolutely in love with the shape form "small" from condor, for me it's the perfect size between the standard flight form and the slim flight form. It gives me more space to group but they feel as steady as the standards. the slim ones are very hard to throw (in my opinion). So in the end of the day I am "forced" to stick with condor, since no other brand has this small flight form EXCEPT cosmo darts. They have one flight form called "shape" which is identical as the "small" flight form from condor, but it isn't a 2 in 1 steam/flight system like condor or k flex, so yeah.. :D I am playing darts just 1 year but it every time amazes me how many different flights,stems, colors, sizes etc etc. there are out at the market. It's soo fucking huge :D

It's strange, you would think that they wouldn't group well but it's just the opposite. The group as well as any other flights on the market. I really don't understand how but it was enough to make me start using them.
@@WorldwideDarts I use the Condor zero stress but I find them to be too soft. On one of them the stem bit is deformed ever so slightly. It won’t go back in it’s usual form.
The Condor axe is quite strong and durable, only in about a month of use can we say how good it is k flex 😃

The Target K Flex cost under $8 (converted) in my country and the Condors cost about $15. The K Flex is still way cheaper than the Condors but just as good. I hope Target releases red colored K Flex flights in the future 🙂

I use the Condor slim for soft tips. I've seen many other players using them as well.

The K-flex is actually shorter than the Axes. I use the short versions for both and found that the K-flex shaft length is comparable to the short shafts of L-style. Whereas the length of the Axes are much more similar to conventional nylon stems. Also, the stem of the K-flex is thicker compared to the Axes. The Axes feel more like a slim stem.
I just double checked. The intermediate K-Flex are a total of 68mm long. The Condor medium is 67.95mm long. That's as close to identical as it gets. I don't happen to have any Condor shorts to compare.

I very much hope that Condor will lower the price, but it could also be that Target only wants to attract new customers with the low price and will later increase the price. I've already compared both systems and I don't see any difference, at least in terms of gameplay or how they perform on the board. No wonder Condor Target accuses plagiarism.
Condors have always been expensive but not too long ago we could get them for about $11-$13 at Darts Corner. Then after they redesigned their website they screwed over American customers and the prices went insane pushing $20usd. Here at the dart shops in the states they run $20+. Thankfully I was able to find the Condor's at Amazon Japan for $9 but they were only in sizes that I don't use. If the lawsuit works out in Condor's favor then the K-Flex won't be around too long anyways 😂

I too do not want to take a chance that $7.99 is an intro price that will soon be raised so I ordered K Flex after watching your video. The price of Condor Axe was always too high for me. I had tried Condor Zero Stress but those occasional, exaggerated deflections turned me off. Great that Target has come out with this alternative to Axe.
I 100% agree with the PSA. Rigid flights are dangerous if your set up doesn’t have specialty points to eliminate the lip where the point meets the barrel.
I have never trier K-Flex. I run Condor Axe, so I want to try them at some point.
Speaking of durable flights. When should you replace your flights? When are they too damaged?
That's a tough one for me to answer because I use darts with a very mild grip and I always use specialty points. So a set of flights can literally last me a year with almost no damage. Prior to me using specialty points I would absolutely batter a set of regular folding flights within 2-4 days. Nowadays I switch flights just to switch up the color.

I shoot Condor AXE and have since they came out. I disagree that Condor has "hundreds" of colors. For colors its white black & clear, 4 neon & 4 metallic. Yes they have a bunch of player designs but if you want a plain yellow or blue or red you are out of luck. I cant wait to see your review of the Winmau Fusion. They are coming out with a blue.

I have the same Michael Smith darts from day one put on specialty points and same Condor flights for several weeks now. The flights don’t have a nick on them. Maybe I don’t group well enough.

No, never. But to be fair I've never damaged ANY flights. My darts are set up in a way where my flights can last upwards of a year of more.

Condor now has some competition with Target and Winmau and those two brands have MUCH lower prices compared to Condor. They have no choice but to come down in price. I do have a KOTO review coming soon and the Nodor board review I did last week came from Dartshopper.
Same problem with Dartshopper as with Darts 💩 Corner... their prices have gone through the roof. So now I only deal with Double Top Darts or go straight to Japanese shops for other products. Amazon Japan has some crazy deals.
Was very happy to buy these at U$7.99 when they first came out on Dartshopper in Fall 2023. Now in March 2024 I see they are U$11.99 on Dartshopper. No longer a big advantage over the competition.

Yeah, I was kind of surprised to see them priced reasonably. I think it's just a "new release" price as a punch in the face to Condor. Just a guess though. I would expect the prices to increase in the near future but who knows. We'll all just have to sit back and see what happens with the possible lawsuit. For a one piece moulded flight of this quality I think the $6.18 they cost me at Double Top Darts is decent.

I have waaaaay less deflections with Condor Standard Flight than with the K-Flex. Way less.
Curious as to why you think that because all things are pretty much equal here. I see no logical reason why you'd get less deflections. Do you work for Condor by chance? 😁
@@WorldwideDarts It's the flight shape. Same when i use Condor smaller flight size than the standard. When the standard size flights for k-flex is available i will give them another try but with the bigger condor flights there are way less deflections. With the smaller condors flight shape it is the same, way more deflections than standard size. By the way: my brother and I totally love your videos, keep going with the amazing stuff :)
Honestly, id love to try these out but i hate that most of these types of integrated systems have really bland or crap colors that dont really look that nice considering how expensive they are =(. I can get 2 packs of robson flights for less than 1 pack of Condors Which right now im really loving the robson flights since they cover the end of the shafts so you dont break the fins from where it holds the flight.
I also run the Mission Sniper CS 32mm points with Target Pro grip spin shafts and while they are startting to get a little dinged up, they have lasted a good 12 months now and still look in amazing condition.

Yeah, it's going to vary depending on where you buy them and what country you're in. Here in the USA at A-Z Darts the Target flights are $10 and the Condor's are $20. However it's nice to have the option of buying them at Double Top darts for $6.
