Depending on what device you are playing on Nintendo, playstation, Xbox or something else you need to create an epic account and link it to the account you're trying to gift from then activate 2FA.

If you wamt to have a lot of skins etc, simply make a lot of accounts and play 4 seasons to save for battle passes and earn more V-Bucks. Then you can send skins etc to your main account. I doing that with emotes because you dont need 950 for battle pass. Some emotes are 200, 300 which is from one season
