Sein stetiger Begleiter durch die Galaxie ist sein „Starship“ mit Kultstatus und schöner Bemalung. Bausatz von einem der wichtigsten Schiffe aus der Star Wars Fernsehserie „The Book of Boba Fett“.

Except they don't call it Slave 1 any more because it will definitely hurt someone's feelings. It's always safer to be spineless.

@@calebrosenhauch4296 Oh, they repaint it, put new number plates on it and wind the mileometer back, then give it a PC name and call it new.
@@calebrosenhauch4296 this is new tooling. The old MPC / AMT one that is around 35 years old has raised panel lines and much more rudimentary detailing compared to the new Revell.
My father made me this one when I was kid back in the 80s. I will have to repeat it for my kid. Nice memories

@@PlavushanYes. They are equally sensitive. The whole political scene currently is one person from whatever side says something, people from the other side argue about it. At least that’s a lot of it. Also you do see the “people against sensitivity” being pretty over sensitive sometimes.

The exact name of the ''ship'' is modified prototype Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft but tne real name is Slave I (one)

Information on this release from our good friends at Scalemates - 1/88 scale, originally released with all-new moldings by Revell of Germany in 2007, some new parts added/changed for this new Book of Boba Fett version from the 2022 Disney TV series.
It's really cool. 👍Now I'm painting a 1/58 scale MIllennium Falcon.
The instructions looks very clear and concise.

Bobba Fett's Starship TM? Oh dear. How can you trademark those words? Bobba Fett's starship was called "Slave One" (TM). We are living in very strange times when the word "slave" has to be eradicated.

Going off of the og lore (specifically the game, Star Wars Bounty Hunter), there were several prototypes being used by an asteroid prison called Oovo IV. After stealing one of the Firespray prototypes, Jango proceeds to blow up the remaining prototypes. Shortly after, he remarks in one of the cutscenes that “She’s called Slave One”.

@@joeshmoe9978It doesn’t really matter at the end of the day does it. It is technically Boba Fetts starship. If it’s original name is like taken out of the movies or whatever I would get it, but it doesn’t seem that crazy for some random model of it, didn’t really think the name was as well known as the fact that Boba Fett owns it. Not saying they should’ve changed it but it’s literally from Star Wars, the franchise has bigger problems.
Pretty arrogant that one group decided to commandeer and own the word Slave when many groups have fallen victim to its definition, even to this day.
