@@vince11harris true but when you "work" going all out helps nobody unless your ego tripping or trying to run them out of the gym
Game speed is fine. Throw as many fast punches as you want. Its really about feeling it out and taking care of your sparring partner. You and your partner wana be able to box for a long time.

Adrian is a killer in the ring but the nicest guy outside of the ring, great human being. I was fortunate enough to spar him when I was preparing for the ETX Golden Gloves.

This guy in the red is the man , you can tell he can finish these sparring quick but he controls everything , you can see he really does help his sparring partner there’s moments here where he throws that straight left and switches to throw a short right like nothing but allows that other guy in blue to see it . I would love to know the guy in red name and when is he fighting pro

D'I does a great job at occupying his opponent with his jab; he doesn't always pop em with it, but he keeps them blinded most of the time. good stuff. To all the young folks up and coming; keep them hands up!

what oz gloves do they wear when sparring?
Good question dude they kind of look like 12s? But I’m used to most gyms using 16. I’ll have to ask him

It shouldn’t take 2 hours to medicate a patient I work at a hospital and the first thing a nurse should check right away is if the patient has a medication pending and medicate them right away if they do shits so sad and tragic it could’ve been prevented RIP DOOM 🕊️
