Filipinos can speak English very well because in School from Kindergarten to College English is taught because our Education is base on American standard, of course our pronounciation, accent, intonation is an issue because we don't speak slang like in the U.S. Even the translator is not fluent in Roland's dialect Bisaya is his dialect that he speaks, maybe he is just embarrassed or shy, because of his accent but when he sing it was really fluent, solid, amazing, adding to his raspy voice, I salute Roland, 🎊. Thank you for the reaction, I will absolutely subscribe to your Channel. ☺👍

Some of us Filipino's can't speak English very good or fluent but we can understand every words, but in terms of singing is another story. singing is like a universal language to all Asians we can easily pronounce it very good even bad or good in singing.we love music❤

Filipinos are one the best English speaking people in the world. We use the English language in academics, in business matters, the news, in conversing with foreigners etc. Roland can understand English and he can speak a subtle amount. But when he sings, it is a totally different story. He ain’t fluent in English but he can understand and definitely sing in English.

Filipinos are good in mimicking and we grow up hearing and singing English songs so even some of us can't speak fluently (accents may vary in what dialect we speak as well) but we can still understand and sing like the way he did, also not every Filipono can actually sing LOL, i self include....
