Hello John, Great work that will surely bring a lot of joy to the American children who are lucky enough to get one of your farms. Great to see that adults can remember childhood wishes. Wooden toys last longer than commercially mass produced plastic toys and make room for the child's imagination. In Scandinavia we have tradition of wooden toys - LEGO (Denmark) started with wooden toys, but also BRIO (Sweeden) has produced world-famous wooden toys products since 1902 (they still do). Unfortunately, since I live in Denmark (Scandinavia), a trade between us is not possible / profitable. However, I was so fascinated and inspired by your various farms that I have allowed myself to build a copy of your farm for my own grandson for his 2½ year birthday present. After 5 months, the farm is still his favorite toy. John, thank you very much for your inspiring attitude and your amazing ideas. Give the whistle in the negative and offensive comments and continue your work for the benefit of America's children. The world is full of no-brainers - instead focuses on the idea and the needs of the children. Sincerely Klaus Angelo Moeller Denmark
@@johnkauffman5472 I need to contact you. I built one of these for my daughter for Christmas. I made it with mini 2x4'si cut from a real 2x4 then I got carried away and added real running water and electricity and then had to tare down the kitchen table and make the whole farm. I want to ask you a few questions cause I made the basic farm in 3 weeks with only one arm cause I had surgery on the other. One person offered 2,000 dollars for one and I'm thinking of selling them and he advice, maybe even cut you in on it if you like my work. The running water is the hit and easy to do. Right now there's just a outside horse wash but I'm going to put a toilet and sink inside next week. I wish I could send you a picture. You're right about the weight though. This one is heavy
